"I went with iPage because it seemed like..."
I went with iPage because it seemed like a decent cheap option at the time, but then the renewal hit and it was way more than I thought it would be. Maybe I missed something when I signed up, I don’t remember all the details now, but the billing wasn’t very clear to me. I also didn’t realize auto-renewal was still on until after I got charged. Trying to sort it out took longer than I expected and was just frustrating. I guess it might’ve been in the fine print somewhere, but it still didn’t feel right. I probably wouldn’t use them again.

"Support was seriously slow to get things fixed"
I used iPage for a small site, the support process was frustrating. They were really slow to respond and kept sending the same basic replies instead of actually digging into the issue. It finally got fixed, but it took days, not hours. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but it was definitely annoying.

"Feels oddly difficult on purpose"
I tried using the dashboard it feels way messier than it needs to be. Simple stuff takes way too many clicks, like someone hid the obvious buttons just to see how long people would put up with it. Maybe I’m being dramatic, but it almost feels designed to confuse you. I got annoyed quickly and gave up faster than I expected.

"Bad first impression and unreliable uptime"
I tried iPage for a small site, the first impression wasn’t great. Early on I started noticing random slowdowns and the site being down at times, which made me uneasy right away. Some days everything loaded fine, but then out of nowhere it would get sluggish or stop responding. Support was polite enough, but they didn’t really do anything that made me feel confident it wouldn’t keep happening. It’s cheap hosting, sure, but the reliability just wasn’t there for me.

"Getting the domain sorted was straightforward..."
Getting the domain sorted was straightforward, no real issues there. The email setup, though, took way longer than I expected. I kept feeling like I was being passed around instead of getting a clear answer, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be...

"Costs too much for what it is"
I signed up because it looked like a cheap deal at first, but then the renewal price jumped way higher than I expected. the features feel basic, like every app does this now, so it didn’t really feel worth paying that much for. There are always better options out there for less money, so I’m not planning to renew.

"Pretty slow most days"
It’s just slow a lot of the time. Pages take a while to load, and the dashboard kind of drags and stutters when I’m trying to use it. Not totally unusable, but it gets annoying fast.

"Canceling was a headache and my refund never showed up"
I canceled my iPage account because I just wasn’t using it anymore, i blame iPage for making something that should’ve been simple feel like a whole project. I had to contact support, got bounced around, and somehow after all that, they still charged me again.
When I asked for the refund, I kept getting vague answers like someone was “checking on it,” but weeks went by and nothing ever came back. It felt like they were dragging it out on purpose, and I’m annoyed that I had to chase them for money they shouldn’t have taken in the first place. I wouldn’t use them again.
